I think the dwarven weaponspell (GDW) will do more damage (and knockdown!) then IATS. Feral Agression (or Never Rampage Alone) might replace Call of Haste and I am not to keen on Melandru's Assault

I actually did replace IATS with GDW after I had posted that lol. I prefer Call of haste over NRA and I replaced melandru's assault with brutal strike.

Tried the new HAO for a hero build, but of course, they don't maintain the life steal effect on it. Only use it to heal.
